"Got help way faster than I expected"
As someone who gets stressed when tech issues drag on, I really appreciated how quickly support got back to me. They answered fast, understood the problem, and had it fixed without a bunch of back-and-forth.

Receipt Hog has been straightforward for me. The app usually runs smoothly, and uploading receipts is quick enough that I’m not sitting there pretending to be patient. I also like that if I switch to another app, it saves where I was, which is a relief. There have been a few slow moments, but it wasn’t anything worth dramatically sighing over. "Okay for receipts, surveys, and small bonuses"
Receipt Hog is fine if you keep expectations low. I like that it’s not just receipts, there are surveys and little bonus chances too, so there’s usually something quick to mess with.
That said, surveys don’t always match me, and rewards build slowly. Some bonuses are fun, others feel like a pass. Not bad, just kinda average for me.

"Works fine so far, but I’m still on the fence"
My account has been working well overall, though I’ve had a couple times where it felt a little slow or glitchy. Nothing major, and I wouldn’t say it’s given me any real trust issues, but I’m not totally sold yet either. I’ve been used to another brand for a while, so part of me keeps comparing this to what I already know and trust. So far it seems legit, I just need more time using it before I’d call it really reliable.

"Decent app, just don’t expect fast payouts"
Receipt Hog is alright if you go in with low expectations, haha. The rewards build up slowly, and my payout took a little longer than I was hoping for. But it did actually pay me, so I still use it whenever I remember to scan receipts

"I really wanted to like Receipt..."
I really wanted to like Receipt Hog, and I guess it does work sometimes, but the scanning has been frustrating for me. A lot of my receipts end up looking blurry, or the app reads the total wrong, so I have to take the photo again. Even when I’m sure the picture looks clear, some still get rejected. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me it just misses too much to be worth using regularly.
